1. Being Honest About Time & Payment
All monthly plans start with a 6-month partnership. We're upfront about why: the first 2–3 months are foundation — research, setup, early traction. The compounding results that actually move the needle happen in months 4–6 and beyond. Anyone who promises overnight SEO results is selling you something that doesn't exist.
Payments are monthly, due in advance, and collected by auto-debit through Razorpay. After the 6-month minimum, your plan simply continues month-to-month — and keeps billing automatically — until you cancel with 30 days' written notice. Cancelling is one WhatsApp message; there are no hoops. If a payment runs more than 7 days late, we may pause services to keep our operations stable — not to punish you, but because we're a small team and can't absorb unpaid work. For clients on hosted website plans, we hold your data safely for 30 days after a plan ends, then permanently delete it — and you can request a full copy any time in that window.
Most plans include a one-time onboarding fee (₹1,500–₹2,500) that covers the real work of getting started — research, account setup, and strategy. It's charged together with your first payment, and we show you the exact combined amount before you pay. Once onboarding begins, that fee goes directly into your work and isn't refundable.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes — the price you see on the plans page is the price you pay.
3. What We Promise — and What Nobody Can
We'll never promise you the #1 spot on Google. Not because we lack confidence in our work, but because anyone who guarantees that is lying to you — and you deserve better than a comfortable lie. SEO is influenced by forces none of us control:
- Google's algorithm updates (they make thousands a year)
- What your competitors are doing behind the scenes
- Your industry, location, and how crowded the search landscape is
- Reddit subreddit rules and LinkedIn's ever-shifting algorithm
- How and when AI systems like ChatGPT decide to update their knowledge
Here's what we do promise: we show up consistently. Posts go out on schedule. Reports come with real screenshots and real data — not vanity numbers. We don't touch black-hat tactics that could get your site penalised. And if a strategy isn't working, we'll be the first to tell you and pivot.
Honest agencies report progress. Only dishonest ones promise destinations.
4. What's Included in Each Plan
We'd rather tell you upfront what each plan covers than have you discover a gap later. Here's a plain breakdown for each:
Plan 01 — Website (Starter)
₹499/mo
- Your website lives on Skyeo's servers as part of this plan — it stays online as long as the subscription is active. If you ever pause, we hold your data safely for 30 days so nothing is lost in a hurry.
- You bring the words, images, and logo — this plan is website-building, not copywriting. (Want that too? Ask us about an add-on.)
- This plan is for clean, professional websites. Payment gateways, shops, and custom backends are outside its scope.
- A "revision round" (here and in our one-time services) means one consolidated list of changes to existing content, applied together. A redesign or brand-new pages are quoted separately — we'll always tell you before anything becomes billable.
Plan 02 — Reddit SEO
₹1,499/mo
- Platform suspension handling covered in Section 2 — short version: we rebuild immediately if it ever happens.
- Posts go out under a Skyeo-managed account optimised for your niche, unless you'd prefer your own (see Section 2).
- Karma and upvotes are earned by the community, not manufactured by us — that's what makes Reddit SEO real and durable.
- Meaningful traction typically shows up in months 3–6. We're building organic authority, not buying shortcuts.
Plan 03 — Website + Reddit SEO
₹1,799/mo
- Everything from Plans 01 and 02 applies here.
- Focused on website + Reddit — LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, and Facebook management are not part of this bundle.
Plan 04 — SEO Website + Blogs
₹2,399/mo
- This plan focuses on your website and blog — no social platform posting is included.
- We report honestly on where you're ranking and how it's trending. No fake "you're #1" screenshots.
- No e-commerce functionality included in the website scope.
Plan 05 — Reddit + LinkedIn SEO
₹4,999/mo
- Reddit platform protections from Section 2 apply.
- Your monthly AI visibility report shows real query samples — the exact count varies by query complexity and is always disclosed in the report itself.
- LinkedIn content is written and strategic — we don't do graphic design or video production under this plan.
- Website work and paid advertising are separate services, not included here.
Plan 06 — Full Stack SEO
₹9,999/mo
- Reddit platform protections from Section 2 apply.
- This is organic SEO — paid advertising on any platform is not part of the scope.
- No video production, influencer outreach, or PR/media placements — those are disciplines of their own.
- Virality is not something anyone can engineer reliably. What we can engineer is consistent, compounding visibility.
Service A4 — AI Visibility Audit
₹2,499 one-time
- AI search results shift constantly as models update. Your audit is an accurate picture of where you stand today — not a permanent certificate. We document our methodology and query sample so you always know exactly what was tested.
- The audit gives you the truth. Acting on it requires a monthly plan — think of this as the diagnosis before the treatment.
Service A5 — Google Business Profile Setup
₹1,499 one-time
- We handle everything on our end perfectly — but Google's verification process runs on Google's timeline. We'll guide you through it, but their approval isn't something any agency can fast-track.
- One-time setup service. Ongoing management is available as an add-on if you want us to stay involved.
5. If Something Goes Wrong
We're a small, honest team — not a faceless corporation with a legal department designed to dodge accountability. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll own it and fix it. But like any service business, we have to be honest about the boundaries of what we can absorb.
Our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the issue arose. We're also not in a position to be held responsible for outcomes driven by things genuinely outside our hands — Google algorithm updates, platform policy changes, shifts in your market, or how AI systems choose to rank and cite content. No agency in the world can insure against those forces, and any that claims otherwise isn't being straight with you.
What we're always responsible for: the quality and consistency of our own work. That, we stand behind.
6. Your Content is Yours
Every blog post, Reddit thread, and LinkedIn piece we create for you becomes yours the moment that month's invoice is settled. We don't hold your content over your head or use it as leverage — it's your business story and you own it.
We may occasionally reference anonymised results in our own case studies — the kind of thing like "a local services business went from page 3 to page 1 in 5 months." Nothing that identifies you or your business without permission. If you'd rather we didn't even do that, just say so in writing and we won't.
One thing we ask in return: give us accurate, truthful information about your business. We can craft compelling content, but we're not in a position to fact-check every claim you make about your own products and services. Legal responsibility for that sits with you — which is only fair.
7. If You Ever Need to Leave
After the 6-month journey, staying on is completely your choice. You can continue month-to-month for as long as you like, or wrap up with 30 days' written notice. No drama, no pressure.
If you need to exit before the 6-month mark, we understand that circumstances change — the fees already paid reflect real work already done on your behalf, and those aren't refundable.
Early-Exit Fee: Because every engagement begins with meaningful upfront work — research, strategy, account setup, and early execution — leaving before the 6-month minimum results in a one-time early-exit fee of ₹3,000, invoiced at the time of early termination. This fee replaces the remaining months of your commitment: once it's paid, billing stops and you owe nothing further. You will never be charged both the fee and the remaining months. We're transparent about this from day one so there are no surprises.
There are a few situations where we'd need to end things immediately — persistent non-payment, requests to use tactics we know are harmful (black-hat SEO, misleading content), or treatment of our team that crosses basic lines of respect. In those cases, we'd refund anything paid for work we hadn't yet delivered.
What You Walk Away With
Everything we've created for you — blog posts, content files, strategy docs — is handed back to you in editable format within 7 days of requesting it. Your content doesn't stay locked in our systems.
The one nuance: Skyeo-managed Reddit and LinkedIn accounts were built under our name and remain ours — they were never your personal accounts to begin with. But if you chose to have us post under your own account (see Section 2), that account is and always was yours, and nothing changes there.
On refunds: we don't issue credits for partial months — if you're paid through the end of a cycle, service continues until then. One-time services are non-refundable once the work has started, since that's when our effort goes in.
8. Your Privacy & Your Data
We collect only what we need to actually serve you: your name, business name, email, a password (stored only as a secure hash — we can't read it), your plan and payment records, and the content and screenshots involved in doing your work. That's it. No ad trackers, no selling or renting your data to anyone, ever.
Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and bank details go directly to them — they never touch or get stored on our servers.
Cookies
We use exactly one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in to your client dashboard. Nothing follows you around the internet.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and access is limited to the small Skyeo team who work on your account.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we'll act on it within 30 days. The only exception: records we're legally required to keep, like invoices for tax purposes.
